HRESULT: 0xc8000222 when installing NFW4

1/ Start. Run. Type "cmd"
2/ Type "net stop WuAuServ" ( stop Windows Update). Then close
3/ Start. Run. Type "%windir%"
4/ Find and Rename folder "SoftwareDistribution" ---> "SDold".
5/ Start. Run. Type "cmd"
6/ Type "net start WuAuServ" ( restart Windows Update).
7/ Install NFW4 again.
